Harris Professional Services provides mobile notary service to the Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania area. We can meet you anywhere: your home, coffee shops, hospitals, offices, restaurants or pretty much anywhere that's convenient for you.  Our professionals are fully Bonded, Certified and Insured!

The fees below are set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:

  • Taking acknowledgment - $5.00

  • Taking acknowledgment (each additional name) - $2.00

  • Administering oath or affirmation (per individual taking oath or affirmation) - $5.00

  • Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures) - $5.00

  • Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature) - $5.00

  • Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy) - $5.00

  • Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument (per page) - $3.00

Additional travel fee based on your location!​
